About this role

אנחנו מחפשים HR Business Partner לתפקיד משמעותי המשלב שותפות עסקית עם מנהלים לצד הובלת תהליכי People מקצה לקצה. במסגרת התפקיד: ליווי וייעוץ למנהלים בסוגיות ניהוליות וארגוניות לאורך מחזור חיי העובד. הובלה והטמעה של תהליכי HR בהתאם לצרכים העסקיים. זיהוי צרכים ארגוניים וגיבוש פתרונות בתחומי People, פיתוח ארגוני וחוויית עובד. עבודה שוטפת עם ממשקים וגורמים מקצועיים שונים בארגון. ליווי תהליכי שינוי ויוזמות ארגוניות. עבודה בסביבה דינמית וגלובלית, תוך חיבור בין הצרכים העסקיים לבין האסטרטגיה והתהליכים של HR. מה אנחנו מחפשים? ניסיון קודם כ-HRBP (עד 4 שנות ניסיון) / בתפקיד HR משמעותי בסביבה עסקית מורכבת. ניסיון בעבודה וליווי של מנהלים. יכולת להוביל תהליכים באופן עצמאי, לצד עבודה hands-on. ראייה עסקית ומערכתית לצד יכולת ביצוע גבוהה. יחסי אנוש מצוינים ויכולת לבנות שותפויות וממשקי עבודה אפקטיביים.…
