About this role

To nejdůležitější v pár větách V případě velkých transakcí můžeme stát jak na straně kupujícího, tak i na straně prodávajícího. Pokud se tedy některý z našich klientů chystá na velkou transakci, stojíme po jeho boku a zjišťujeme, zda například ve společnosti, kterou se chystá koupit, nejsou skryté problémy či rizika do budoucnosti. Při takových obchodech musí klient znát sebemenší detail a pochopit příběh firmy. Klientovi připravíme předinvestiční prověrku, zanalyzujeme finanční a obchodní informace a upozorníme ho na případná rizika spojená s transakcí. Finanční analýzy a výkazy, předinvestiční prověrky a práce v Excelu je gró naší práce.…
