About this role

To nejdůležitější v pár větách V týmu Korporátních financí a restrukturalizací poznáš do hloubky hned několik odvětví a naučíš se komunikovat s bankami a investory. Zapojíme tě do příprav finančních plánů a modelů pro účely restrukturalizací nebo nezávislých hodnocení obchodních plánů. Dozvíš se, jak funguje financování velkých firem, ale i dílčích projektů nebo akvizic a poznáš, jak to chodí ve světě transakcí. Práce sice bude hodně, ale my se postaráme o to, aby ti nic nechybělo. Tvoje role v týmu „Budeš součástí týmu, jehož cílem je záchrana firem, které se i kvůli pandemii dostaly do finančních potíží a jejich management i akcionáři se mohou spolehnout, že uděláme maximum pro to, abychom je dostali z nejhoršího.…
