About this role

The opportunity As a Manager you will participate in due diligence engagements related to transactions involving private equity and strategic corporate investors. You'll analyze the financial and operational results of target companies by reviewing accounting records and participating in or leading interviews with management. Drawing on your experience, you'll assist in managing engagement economics by organizing staffing, communicating issues to project leaders, perform and review the work of other team members and generally ensuring compliance with our Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) procedures.
