About this role

Lead technical, commercial and financial analyses supporting generation economics, electricity/water purchase arrangements, GCC energy exchange, tariff policy, regulatory matters and long-term system economics. Key Responsibilities Conduct economic and technical analyses supporting PWPAs, Bulk Supply Tariff arrangements and electricity/water transactions. Analyze generation allocation, plant technical/commercial performance, combined-cycle/open-cycle operating characteristics and desalination interactions. Evaluate theoretical and historical fuel efficiency and support fuel-supply agreement analysis and negotiations. Benchmark generation/desalination performance, including IWPP facilities, against relevant international performance indicators.…
