Associate Protection Officer

Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY Help protect H-E-B resources - people and physical assets - in stores and on other properties. Guard and protect property against damage, fire, theft, trespassing, and illegal entry, and maintain physical security for all assigned locations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Conducts periodic patrols of buildings and grounds; examines doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are properly secured; takes appropriate action as needed. - Monitors access control points. - Provides professional and courteous assistance to Partners, visitors, and customers. - Processes visitors and verifies proper identification. - Responds to/investigates alarms and disturbances; maintains order and safety in the event of a life-threatening emergency.…
