Responsibilities Job Summary: The Service Rep - Parking Lot Attendant [PLA] provides customer service through packaging and carrying out purchases for customers and support in all aspects of customer service. Works well under immediate supervision and some detailed verbal and written instructions. Basic skills in procedures, techniques, materials, and/or equipment appropriate to area. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions: Packages customer purchases in the correct and efficient manner Assists customers in carrying out their purchases Assists customers with product questions Engages the customer in appropriate discussion regarding items they are purchasing, including discussion about: taste profile, complimentary items/side dishes, suggested preparation techniques, etc.…
