Responsibilities Real Estate Estimators generate construction estimates and budgets , to provide a clear understanding of cost for feasibility and decision-making purposes. As a Real Estate Construction Estimator I or II, you will prepare construction estimates and budgets to make essential Corporate planning decisions. Once you're eligible, you'll become an Owner in the company, so we're looking for commitment, hard work, and focus on quality and Customer service.
