About this role

Job Purpose You are a key member of the Customer Success Engineering (CSE) QA team under Corporate System Organization, responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of customer-facing and internal web applications. In this role, you will drive end-to-end functional testing, contribute to cloud release management in close collaboration with the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, and expand automated test coverage using Playwright. You are expected to operate independently, manage multiple concurrent workstreams, and bring a continuous-improvement mindset to the team's QA practices. Intercontinental Exchange, Inc.
