Job Purpose The primary role of the Relationship Manager is to build trust and value-added relationships with key clients within the territory they manage. Relationship Managers are considered a key point person that can speak on a strategic level with their assigned customers and represent all aspects of ICE Data Services. RM’s are measured on revenue retention and growth with the goal of strengthening and enhancing long term client relationships. Responsibilities Responsible for managing all revenue streams across ICE Data Services’ full portfolio of products and services.
