Key Responsibilities Pick, stage, and label orders according to pick tickets, RF scanner prompts, or voice-pick instructions. Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets: 30 lines per hour (LPH) 99% pick accuracy (measured by audit/error rate) Verify item numbers, quantities, lot/expiration (if applicable), and location codes before confirming picks. Handle, package, and stage products to prevent damage and maintain quality standards. Replenish forward pick locations as directed; report low stock and location discrepancies. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory adjustments as needed. Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques, PPE use, and equipment operation. Keep aisles, workstations, and staging areas clean and organized (5S).…
