About this role
Your Contribution: As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of production and service personnel to meet production schedules, as well as ensuring the execution and compliance with the systems defined for the company's operations. Your main activities will be: Executes and ensures compliance with operational procedures regarding quality and environmental systems. Executes and ensures compliance with safety procedures and standards. Develops operational plans, including shift changes, meal breaks, and transportation arrangements. Prepares reports on scrap, OEE, and improvement actions. Schedules personnel to participate in comprehensive training and development programs.
