Position Overview As International Motors continues to grow in San Antonio, we are preparing to expand our production operations with the introduction of a second production shift. The shift is expected to operate Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with production planned to begin in first quarter 2027. Join a transformational growth initiative and play a key role in launching and scaling night shift operations at our San Antonio manufacturing facility. The Associate Team Member is responsible for supporting a safe, organized, and continuously improving work environment through compliance with EHS requirements, participation in 5S activities, problem-solving, workplace housekeeping, and other duties as assigned.…
