This newly created role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, customer behavior, e-commerce performance, and financial results, giving you the opportunity to directly influence how we grow revenue and profitability. You’ll uncover what drives customers to buy, where opportunities are being missed, and how we can improve performance across the digital sales journey.
