Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credit and Collections Analyst to join our NFC Collections and Asset Management Group. This position plays a critical role in managing and maintaining the health of our retail and lease receivables portfolio, with a focus on collections, account resolution, and customer service. ABOUT NFC Navistar Financial Company (NFC) is the captive finance company for International Motors, LLC* and the provider of InternationalTM Financial services. Responsibilities Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment and address delinquencies. Notify customers of missed payments or non-sufficient funds (NSF) and work toward resolution.
