Position Overview International Motors is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at the Tulsa Bus Plant. This is a highly hands-on, floor-focused engineering role supporting high-volume manufacturing operations for industry-leading IC Bus products. As a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll be at the center of plant operations—working directly with production teams to solve problems, improve processes, introduce new products and technologies, and deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and employee experience.
