Position Overview International Motors is seeking a Lead Paint Manufacturing Engineer – Night Shift to provide hands-on technical leadership for Paint operations at the San Antonio Manufacturing Plant. This role owns the stability, capability, and continuous improvement of pretreatment, E-Coat, sealer, paint application, and curing processes while partnering with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Environmental, Controls, suppliers, and plant leadership. As the primary Paint Engineering resource during night-shift production, this engineer will work directly on the manufacturing floor to respond to line calls, analyze process and quality data, restore production, and implement sustainable corrective actions.…
