Position Overview As the Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager , you will provide hands-on leadership across truck assembly operations, driving improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost while supporting new product launches and ongoing production. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of truck assembly and manufacturing processes, with experience across frame, axle, chassis, powertrain, and final assembly. This leader will develop and coach Manufacturing Engineers, solve complex production challenges, optimize manufacturing processes, and partner closely with Production, Quality, Materials, Maintenance, and Product Engineering teams to deliver results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.…
