Position Overview International’s Huntsville Powertrain Plant is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead first shift operations.This role is not just about running production, it’s about owning a business, developing people, and building a culture where problems are surfaced and solved the right way. You will be responsible for a defined area of the operation with clear ownership for safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while leading a team of Team Leaders and operators.
