Position Overview The Senior Manager-Database Platforms leads strategy, operations, and governance for a large, heterogeneous enterprise database estate supporting mission-critical manufacturing workloads. Accountable for reliability, availability, security, compliance, and cost management across 3,000+ databases, this leader directs a blended on-shore/off-shore DBA organization and partners closely with Infrastructure, Security, Architecture, Application Owners, and vendors to keep platforms current (N-2), resilient (Zone A/Zone B), and audit-ready.…
