Position Overview International is seeking a Senior Program Manager – Technical to initiate, plan, execute, control and close product programs and manufacturing insourcing programs for commercial vehicles. Under the direction of the Program Management Organization (PMO) leadership, you will provide comprehensive management of multiple product development programs. The individual will lead cross-functional teams to complete tasks and deliverables and be responsible for success of the program toward achieving quality, schedule and financial targets. Successful candidates will demonstrate a history of leading program teams in a matrixed organization structure, and success in leading without direct authority in a fast-moving dynamic environment.…
