Position Overview The Senior Safety Consultant will support a fast-paced manufacturing/start-up environment by helping establish and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and proactively identifying and reducing workplace risks. This position will have a strong presence on the production floor and work closely with employees, supervisors, engineering, maintenance, and operations leadership. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working independently while supporting a growing second-shift operation. As International Motors continues to grow in San Antonio, we are expanding our production operations with the introduction of a night production shift.…
