About this role

Position Overview Join International Motors as a Service Readiness Program Manager and play a critical role in bringing the next generation of products, technologies, and services to market. In this high-impact position, you will lead the development and execution of service readiness strategies that ensure our dealer network is fully equipped from Day 1. You will collaborate across key areas including Methods, Training, Parts, Diagnostics, and Quality to create a seamless launch experience for our customers and dealers.
