Participation in creation of a new Manufacturing System Deployment of the Manufacturing System in the plant Standardization of performance reporting Cost deployment analysis Deployment of lean manufacturing tools, for problem solving, work place organization, maintenance etc. Initiation and optimization workshops Promotion of Kaizen and employee suggestion system Consolidation of reports and follow up of improvement plans Deployment of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement culture All other task required by the management Qualifications Graduated from engineering departments of universities At least 5 years of experience in a similar role Manufacturing systems knowledge At least 3 years of experience in automotive industry Fluent English language
