About this role

As a member of Schneider Electric’s Corporate Legal Team, you will join a collaborative group of in-house lawyers and legal professionals. The Global Corporate Governance Team is seeking Legal Counsel based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to provide corporate governance and legal entity support for Schneider Electric Group entities in the Middle East and Africa. Manage regional corporate governance for Schneider Electric entities in the Middle East and Africa, including oversight of Mercator by Citco and other external corporate governance service providers or law firms, as well as related budgets and spend. Ensure corporate books, minute books, registers, and statutory records are maintained accurately and consistently for Schneider Electric subsidiaries in the region.…
