About this role
Mission : Field Services Subcontractors Manager is responsible for the service delivery/site execution performance delivered to customers by 3rd parties called subcontractors, on behalf or supporting Schneider Electric teams. Subcontractors Manager ensures that work orders are effectively resourced and executed in a safe (including cybersecurity) and efficient manner, satisfying customers, at required quality standards and budgeted costs. The Subcontractors Manager will implement the Service Delivery Strategy defined by the country, managing subcontractor’s end to end (consider, select, enable, monitor and evaluate) and building a strong collaboration and performance with them according to yearly Business Plan established by the Field Services VP.…
