Position Overview Manufacturing Process Engineer는 MTM(Method-Time Measurement) 기법을 활용하여 기존 제품과 신제품의 표준 작업시간을 분석하고, 생산공정의 효율성과 제품 품질을 향상하는 역할을 담당합니다. 신제품 및 Renewal 제품의 생산 준비 단계부터 참여하여 조립 방법, 작업시간, 공정 흐름 및 작업환경을 검토하고, 생산성 향상과 사이클 타임 단축을 위한 개선 활동을 주도합니다. 또한 생산, 품질, 물류, R&D 및 재경 부서와 긴밀하게 협업하여 안정적이고 효율적인 제조 프로세스를 구축합니다.…
