About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Quality Supervisor to oversee quality operations within our copper and sheet metal fabrication and painting processes. This role is responsible for ensuring products consistently meet internal quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations throughout key manufacturing stages, including punching, cutting, bending, assembly, and powder/liquid painting. The Quality Supervisor will lead a team of inspectors, testers, and pack-out associates while driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining a strong culture of quality and safety. Work Schedule: This position supports Second-shift operations, with typical working hours of approximately 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.…
