About the role We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our team in Poland and support employees throughout their journey with the company. You will manage key employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding and employment changes through to offboarding, ensuring accurate HR data, compliant documentation and a smooth employee experience. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, employees, managers and external agencies, while also contributing to the continuous improvement and digitalization of our People Operations services. Location & commitments: Warsaw (office at Konstruktorska street), Hybrid work model, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.…
