About this role

Join Schneider Electric as a Senior Scrum Master II and help enable high-performing teams across our Product Design & Compliance organisation. Working across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Product Management, you will coach teams, strengthen Agile ways of working, manage complex dependencies and improve delivery predictability across product development programs. What You'll Be Doing Lead key Agile ceremonies and strengthen Scrum practices. Coach teams and Product Owners to improve Agile maturity and performance.
