About this role

Responsibilities Deploy Export Control & Sanctions (EC&S) Due Diligence Measures Serve as a main contact for the EC&S cases. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for all EC&S issues within the responsible SE entities / businesses, including conducting 4W reviews and regional escalations for all relevant transactions. Ensure compliance with all applicable EC&S laws, sanctions & regulations (national & international, when applicable) and SE EC&S Policy, Directives, and Procedures. Identify and correct the gaps, as applicable. Report any non-compliance observations and incidents to the EC&S CoE Operations/Governance Manager and Business Owners.…
