About this role

Sr. Manager - EHS Role Purpose: To design, promote, and implement environmental protection, health, safety, and security programs within the plant/unit. Ensures compliance with legal regulations and corporate standards, fosters a proactive safety culture, and supports continuous improvement of EHS performance. May also oversee plant/site security operations, depending on organizational scope. ✅ Key Responsibilities EHS Strategy & Governance Develop, implement, and maintain the Unit/Plant EHS strategy, aligned with corporate EHS policies and local regulations. Lead and manage the EHS management system (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, environmental permits, audits). Establish and maintain emergency preparedness and crisis management plans.
