Contribute to the execution of Secure Power Division's global People Strategy by coordinating talent management processes and initiatives, leadership development programs, and strategic HR projects. Partner with the Global HR Team and key business stakeholders to strengthen leadership capabilities, develop talent pipelines, enhance employee development, and support critical people decisions across the organization.
