About this role
Overview Susquehanna has a full-time opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist at our headquarters in Bala Cynwyd, just minutes from Center City Philadelphia. You will be a key member of a five-person AP team that supports high-volume vendor invoice processing for goods and services used across the firm. You will work closely with internal partners in Accounting, Procurement, HR, and Information Technology, as well as external vendors. What You'll Do Invoice processing: Receive, review, and process vendor invoices with accurate coding and approvals Payment runs: Prepare and run weekly payment batches, including ACH and checks, with careful review before release.…
