Overview The Operations Analyst Program is a rotational development program that offers a broad and in-depth exposure to business operations at Susquehanna and will prepare you for a Compliance Analyst position that immediately impacts our business. During the first six months of the program, you will work alongside the operations team to gain in-depth exposure to the trading desks and various business areas at Susquehanna. Your rotations are designed to provide insight into how Susquehanna is structured and will incorporate hands-on experience through daily responsibilities and project work.
