Overview The Learning & Development Facilitator is a high-impact role with significant exposure across the firm. You’ll facilitate across a broad range of audiences, from summer interns and early-career employees to experienced managers and senior leaders. You’ll be equally comfortable leading a student program in the morning and facilitating a leadership development session in the afternoon, adapting your approach and presence to meet the needs of each audience.
