About this role

Overview Susquehanna has a job opportunity available for a procurement attorney to join our in-house counsel / legal team in our Bala Cynwyd headquarters. In this role, you will work directly with our purchasing team and advise the various business units they support on a broad array of procurement and commercial matters. You will draft, review, and negotiate agreements covering software, technology, market data, professional services, equipment, and other goods and services that support our business. Your role will be that of a legal partner to our purchasing team, strategizing with colleagues and business management teams to structure vendor relationships, manage risk, and develop practical solutions to issues raised by all relevant stakeholders.…
