Overview Our in-house recruiting sourcing team is growing! We are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer who has successfully worked in a similar sourcing role within a global organisation to support our corporate professional recruiting efforts. If you are passionate about uncovering world-class talent across global markets and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, we’d love to connect. As a sourcer at Susquehanna, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier candidates across a range of corporate functions, such as Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, HR and Marketing.
