About this role
The People Partner for our Irish hub will play a key role in implementing People & Culture (P&C) programs and initiatives that support SiriusXM Ireland’s growth. Reporting to the Director, P&C Europe, this generalist role will support local P&C activities, help ensure compliance with Irish labour and compensation regulations, foster a strong and inclusive employee experience, and apply global policies and processes within the Irish hub. This position requires a hands-on generalist who is eager to learn more about various HR functions, can independently manage day-to-day P&C responsibilities, use sound judgment to resolve a broad range of employee and manager needs, and partner with the Director, P&C Europe and global P&C colleagues on new or more complex matters.…
