Subsidiary Steel Dynamics Overview Responsible for supporting and maintaining end-user computing environments by providing hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Performs computer deployments, equipment replacements, system imaging, incident response, and routine maintenance activities. Works closely with users and IT staff to deliver reliable technology services and improve system performance. Responsibilities Provide Support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, peripherals, network connectivity, and other IT-related issues, escalating complex issues to appropriate IT team members or vendors when necessary.
