About this role
Overview Sales and promotion of SDI’s Flat Rolled Products. Responsibilities Regularly visit current and potential steel customers for soliciting orders. Discover and effectively communicate customer needs and expectations to appropriate people within SDI. Respond to customer inquiries effectively and promptly. Prepare and monitor monthly sales and shipments forecast by customer. Develop new customers within the territory for increasing revenue. Work effectively with Operations, Sales, Technical Service, Transportation, and Product Development to improve Customer Satisfaction. Monitor order performance, benchmark competition, and provide verbal and written feedback reports. Develop ways to maximize revenue and margins. Coordinate and participate in customer visits, tours, etc.…
