Why you should join: Reporting to Director of Global Continuous Improvement, the TEOA Global Manager will provide overall support for updating/ creating standards within the deployment and achievement of TEOA goals across all locations of the Sensors BU. This position is responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of TE Operating Advantage, allowing and enabling the business to achieve Hoshin goals and meet business objectives. Your main tasks: Support the TEOA attainment plan for the Sensor BU, including specific tools, metrics, star-level targets, key KPIs, and supporting actions required to achieve TEOA goals.
