Job Overview Position Summary The Sr. Manager, Program Management role will lead the development, deployment, and scale-up of complex manufacturing machines across multiple factories. This leader will be hands-on, setting up the framework, rigor, end-to-end operating model and will build and lead a team of Program Managers to execute multiple machine generations and deployments in parallel. This role requires strong technical judgment, execution discipline, structured thinking, organizational leadership, and the ability to move seamlessly between detailed program execution and portfolio-level leadership. Location Preferred location: Rochester, NY area. This position will begin as a remote role and transition toward a hybrid operating model.…
