Job Overview The Sr. Manager, Systems & Processes is a PMO leadership role responsible for building and scaling the processes, systems, tools, workflows, and operating mechanisms that enable consistent execution across Program Management. Working with cross-functional leaders, this role translates business needs into practical, scalable solutions across planning, governance, data, automation, reporting, and execution. The role also partners with other PMOs and enterprise functions to adopt, adapt, or build capabilities based on business needs. Preferred location: Rochester, NY area.
