Job Overview Seeking Senior MPDE Automation Engineer with a strong Mechanical Engineering background to lead the development and implementation of advanced automation solutions for cable assembly manufacturing. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating automated manufacturing systems, while driving process innovation, quality improvement, and operational excellence; supporting new product development, Design for Manufacturing (DFM) initiatives, tooling and process qualification, and supplier capability assessments. A strong understanding of mechanical design, automation equipment development, motion systems, robotics, pneumatic systems, tooling design, machine mechanisms, and manufacturing process development is essential.…
