Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Metal Stamping Manufacturing Engineering professional to lead precision stamped-part industrialization and stamping process excellence across external manufacturing partners and suppliers. The role is responsible for die and process development, tooling readiness, process capability, quality, cost optimization, and operational performance at external manufacturing sites. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Product Engineering, Sourcing, project engineers, toolmakers, material suppliers, and external factories to ensure robust, scalable, and cost-effective stamping processes that meet TE's quality, delivery, safety, and compliance requirements.…
