Job Overview Oversees supplier readiness, performance, and development for complex or high-impact suppliers. Leads audits, development plans, and escalations to ensure supplier compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with business requirements. Job Requirements RESPONSIBILITIES Cross function collaboration: Coordinate Procurement, SQE, PDE, MPDE, Engineering Assess and document manufacturing capability, process maturity, and QMS compliance during PCBA new supplier qualification/Development. Engage upstream and downstream raw material partners to improve delivery capability, capacity alignment, and supplier responsiveness.
