About this role
The Paralegal assists leaders on the Legal and Compliance team by performing a variety of legal duties, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, handling active and non-routine litigation matters, responding to subpoena and discovery requests, and maintaining confidential company records. This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our Pontiac office. This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization, either now or in the future. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Assist Senior Paralegal and in-house attorneys with employment litigation matters; draft and issue litigation hold notices; and communicate with insurers and external counsel as may be necessary.…
