Summary The Senior Development Engineer I has mastered the Development Engineer II duties and responsibilities, and requires knowledge of advanced engineering principles and methods related to tire design and analysis to meet target objectives. The Sr. Development Engineer I is responsible for all phases of replacement tire development including the design of experiments, testing and analysis of results. Assignments may include challenging projects that cover both replacement and original equipment tires which involve a close partnership with outside customers to achieve desired objectives.
