Job Summary: The AVP, Business Intelligence & Analytics Engineering is a senior technology leader responsible for advancing CareSource's data analytics, data science, and artificial intelligence capabilities across the enterprise. This role partners directly with clinical, financial, and operational business units to translate complex data assets into actionable intelligence — driving measurable improvements in member outcomes, Stars & HEDIS performance, risk stratification, and operational efficiency.
